I'm a bit concerned about the mild fatty infiltration of my liver and the multiple lipomas found in my recent ultrasound. Also, my blood test showed Bilirubin at 1.58 mgdL, SGPT at 57 UL, and SGOT at 36 UL. I drink alcohol about once a week and my doctor prescribed ME12 OD tablets due to a low vitamin B12 level of 232 pgmL. Could taking this B12 supplement affect my liver condition negatively? Would love your advice.

I've been getting these sharp, quick pains in my lower chest, kinda like a prick behind my rib near the chest area. I've gone through a whole bunch of tests like the treadmill test, ECG, coronary calcium scoring, and lots of blood tests for heart stuff.
