I'm a bit concerned about my health. I've had my vitamin D3 levels checked, and they seem fine, but I'm experiencing a white tongue. It tends to disappear when I eat but then comes back. I've also done some blood tests, and everything seems normal. What could be causing this? Should I be worried about the white tongue even though my tests are normal?

I've had a mole on my right cheek for about 15 years now. Can it be removed, and would I need plastic surgery or is there a simpler treatment that can get rid of it completely?
