I'm a bit concerned about my testicles hanging low. I've noticed this ever since I smoked weed for about a year, but it's been a year and a half since I stopped. Even after quitting, they still seem to hang lower than usual. Do you have any advice or suggestions?

View allI'm recently married and we're thinking about having a baby. But I'm a bit worried because my penis is only around 2 to 2.5 inches when not erect and grows to about 4 inches during intercourse. The foreskin feels really tight, which makes things uncomfortable, and I notice my erection doesnt last long. I tried using coconut oil, and while it helped a bit with penetration, Im still left feeling not fully satisfied. Also, the fluid seems to come out too quickly after ejaculation. Is all this normal? Are there lotions for tight foreskin or is it okay to use oil on the penis? I'm looking for some advice on these concerns.

I had kidney stone removal surgery 3 weeks ago and the stent was taken out 5 days back. For the past two days my ear has been hurting and the left side of my face feels dull and numb. Could this be from the antibiotics? If I stop taking them will it go back to normal or do I need some other treatment?
It's possible your symptoms are related to the post-surgical recovery process, particularly stent removal, and could be due to the medication. However, it's crucial to seek advice from your doctor to determine the cause and appropriate treatment. While discontinuing the antibiotics could potentially alleviate some symptoms, it may not resolve the issue if it's a separate complication.

I had a hypospadias surgery and another procedure to remove extra skin and reshape, but it didn't work out. What are my options now? Has anyone else faced this and what did they do?
Unsuccessful hypospadias repair may need revision by a pediatric urologist or plastic surgeon.Evaluation is key to decide next steps.
