I'm a bit concerned after having sex for the first time this past Friday night. I've noticed some pain in my penis because the skin seems to have peeled. The front part has gotten pretty red too. The pain's a bit better than a couple of days ago, but it's still there. Do you have any advice on what I should do?

To alleviate the discomfort, apply a topical antibiotic cream, keep the area clean, and avoid further irritation if the pain persists, or you experience difficulty urinating, increased redness, or swelling, consult a urologist for further guidance.

View allI drink a lot of water every day but I pee very frequently like within an hour after drinking 500ml. Is this a urinary problem? If I don't drink water, I can go 5 hours without feeling the urge. My dad recently had prostate surgery at 75 could I have something similar? Also, how do I bring up checking my testicles with the doc since it's related to my urinary issues? Should I get any tests done to figure this out?
Peeing frequently is often the result of drinking too much fluid but can indicate conditions such as urethritis or urinary tract infections. Urinating is how the body removes waste fluids. Urine, which contains water, uric acid, urea, and toxins, stays in the bladder until it reaches a point of fullness.

I'm a 21-year-old guy, and I've been wondering about something that's been on my mind. I tend to masturbate almost daily, sometimes up to three times a day, or at least once. Also, I've been having sex with my girlfriend, maybe around 32 times. I'm curious to know if this might have any impact on my health now or in the future. Does what I'm doing pose any risks?
Masturbating 1-3 times a day and having sex with your girlfriend 2-3 times a week is generally considered a normal and healthy frequency for a 21-year-old male; however, it's essential to maintain a balance, as excessive masturbation or sexual activity can lead to fatigue, decreased libido, or relationship issues, so prioritize communication with your partner, practice safe sex, and focus on overall physical and mental well-being.
