I'm a bit concerned and curious about something. After having COVID a month ago, all my symptoms have gone away, and my SpO2 levels have been normal for a while. My chest X-ray came back normal too, which is reassuring, but I'm wondering if its still possible for there to be any fibrosis that wouldnt show up yet? Or does a normal X-ray mean everything's clear? Im just trying to understand what a normal X-ray really tells me at this point. I'm 34 and havent had any other symptoms.

I'm a bit concerned about my health after having a cold. My antigen test came back negative, and I've noticed my respiration rate is 14, and my SpO2 has dropped to 95 from 99 before the cold. Im wondering if the lower SpO2 could be related to the cold since I dont have fever or body aches. Could you give me some insight into this?

I'm really worried about my friend who's only 23. Last year she suddenly started coughing up blood, and after all the tests, the X-ray wasn't promising. She consulted Dr. Dinesh, who's a chest specialist, and started on a TB treatment. She finished her TB course just last month, but this morning, she started coughing up blood again. What should we do for her?

It sounds like the patient is experiencing recurrent bleeding after completing TB treatment. Given her history, it's crucial to reassess her condition with further investigations, such as a chest X-ray or sputum test, to rule out any complications or relapse of TB. Immediate consultation with a specialist is recommended for a tailored treatment plan.

I'm really worried about ILD and whether it's curable or not. I've read online that people with ILD only live for about 3 to 5 years. Is that true? Is there anything specific I can do to help manage this disease? Id really appreciate any advice or remedies you can suggest.

Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.
