I'm a bit concerned because I had my baby girl via c-section on June 28th, and now it's been 12 weeks, but I'm experiencing this brown watery discharge. It seems to happen quite often, and I'm wondering if this is normal or something that might be hinting at an infection?

View allCan I take glucose to help increase my amniotic fluid index? My AFI is currently at 10 cm, and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. What should I do to improve it?
One way to potentially increase your amniotic fluid levels is by staying hydrated and drinking plenty of fluids. Additionally, you can talk to your healthcare provider about taking medications such as Amnioinfusion, which is a procedure where saline solution is infused into the amniotic sac to increase fluid levels. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.

I'm a female having issues with my sex life. I used to have a really healthy sexual relationship with my boyfriend, but for the past few months, I just haven't been feeling the urge to connect like before. It's been over six months now. I tried to get things going once, but ended up feeling pain which didn't happen earlier with the same partner. I'm kinda worried about what's going on with me and wondering what I can do to get things back to normal. Any ideas?
