I'm a bit concerned because I had my baby girl via c-section on June 28th, and now it's been 12 weeks, but I'm experiencing this brown watery discharge. It seems to happen quite often, and I'm wondering if this is normal or something that might be hinting at an infection?

View allI have a large 13 cm fibroid on the posterior wall of my uterus but my periods are normal should I consider surgery or try homeopathic medicine first? I'm worried about the size and not sure what the best option is
For a fibroid of that size (13 cm), surgical intervention is generally recommended. While homeopathic medicine might offer some relief, it's unlikely to shrink a fibroid of this size significantly, and it's essential to rule out other potential causes of your symptoms

My wife hasn't been pregnant for 2 years after having two abortions, but lately, there's a watery liquid coming from her nipples. We saw a gynecologist who did a prolactin test, and the result was 42.88 ng/ml. The doctor said not to worry and gave some medication. Will this condition go away with just the medicine, or is surgery needed?
The watery discharge from your wife's nipples, also known as galactorrhea, can often be managed with medication, especially if the prolactin level is elevated. If the prolactin level is not too high, medication might not be necessary, but the doctor may prescribe it to regulate the hormone levels. Surgery is typically not required for galactorrhea unless the cause is a pituitary tumor, which is rare

I had two eggs rupture from both ovaries on January 2nd, 2021, and I started bleeding on January 18th. I'm wondering if there's a chance that one of the eggs got implanted. I took a pregnancy test on January 17th, and it was negative. What could be going on?
