I'm a bit concerned because I've been told that there's minimal fibrosis and atelectasis in my right lung's middle lobe and lingula. Could you help me understand what exactly this means? Is it something I should be worried about, and what steps should I take next? Would really appreciate any insights or advice you could give me.

My mom was diagnosed with COPD and dilated RARVPA about three months ago. She tested positive for COVID last week but has since recovered. However, her oxygen levels sometimes drop to 80, especially when she's sleeping. I'm really worried about how serious this might be. I've started treatment for tuberculosis after being diagnosed with a high lung infection and I've been on medication for 18 days now. Most of my symptoms like weight loss, fever, and night sweats have really improved, but I'm still testing a 4 on the TB sputum smear test. I'm worrieddoes this mean the medicine isn't working for me?
