I'm a bit concerned because I've been using Betnovate cream on my face for skin lightening over the past 5 years, like every other day or sometimes thrice a week. Is this safe to keep using in the long run? Are there any side effects I should be aware of?

I've been struggling with a lot of pimples and my skin is super oily. I'm currently using Sopex soap and Clinred as my night cream. Is this actually helpful for my skin problems, or do you think I should consider trying something else?

I've recently noticed some big, painful bumps in the pubic hair area just below my belly. It started with just one, but now there seem to be more. I'm wondering if this could be related to the hair or if there might be another cause. Any ideas on what these could be and what I should do about them?

I'm dealing with an itchy rash on my scrotum that started last night. It's painful and feels worse with sweating, like prickly heat. I'm really uncomfortable and worried. Can you suggest any home treatments or remedies that might help relieve this?

To treat jock itch at home, you can use over-the-counter antifungal creams such as Lotrimin Ultra or Lamisil AT. Apply the cream to the affected area twice a day for at least 2 weeks. In addition to using antifungal creams, it is important to keep the affected area clean and dry. Make sure to wash the area with mild soap and water, and pat it dry thoroughly. Wearing loose-fitting underwear made of breathable fabric like cotton can also help reduce sweating and irritation. If your symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks of home treatment, or if they worsen, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.
