I'm a bit concerned because I've had this cough for about 10 days now. It switches between being dry and wet, and recently, I've started having some abdominal pain when I cough. Could this be something serious? What should I do about it?

I'm really worried about my aunt who was recently admitted to a top hospital in Mumbai because she's been having trouble breathing. They've done an ECG and a lung X-ray, and both came back normal. Her blood pressure is also fine, but the doctors still cant figure out what's causing her breathlessness. Do you have any ideas on what could be going on or what steps we should take next?

I'm dealing with a persistent cough and dust allergy, and with the lockdown, it's hard to see a doctor right now. I'm thinking about taking Montek LC tablets until April 14th. Is that safe? Could there be any side effects I should be aware of? Would really appreciate your advice on this!

Montek LC is an antihistamine and leukotriene receptor antagonist, often used to treat allergies and asthma. While generally considered safe, taking Montek LC without consulting a doctor may not be advisable. If you have a pre-existing prescription for Montek LC, you can continue taking it as directed. However, if you're taking it without a prescription or for an extended period, you should be aware of potential side effects, such as: - Headache - Dizziness - Nausea - Diarrhea - Stomach pain
