Last year, when I had extrapulmonary lymph node TB, I experienced a lot of side effects and the treatment lasted over nine months. My pulmonologist confirmed it was cured, but now I've had upper abdomen pain for the last four months. An abdomen USG showed a mass lesion in the retro peritoneal region, and after a CT scan of my thorax and full abdomen, it showed collapsed lungs and abdominal adenopathy. I've started taking RHE FD tablets again, but I'm confused if it's really TB this time since I don't have any symptoms or side effects from the medication. Could it be something else? What do you suggest I do?
