I'm a bit concerned because I've noticed strings of blood clots in my sputum a few times. It first happened twice back in September 2019, then once in October 2019, and now it's happened 45 times recently. I've attached a photo for reference. Can you share your thoughts on this?

I'm really worried because for the past three weeks I've been experiencing shortness of breath. I initially thought it might be related to COVID-19, so I consulted a pulmonologist online who suggested some tests like serum CBC and an X-ray. But before I got those tests done, I panicked and went to the hospital emergency, and they said it was due to anxiety. I felt fine for about 10 days, but the problem is back. The shortness of breath happens for about 10 minutes, especially when I'm eating, drinking or working, but I feel normal when I lay down. It comes in episodes, and each time I feel more anxious. I had a cough for two months before all this started and used two bottles of Ambrodil. The shortness of breath started after the cough stopped. I'm not sure what to do, especially since I can't visit a doctor in person due to COVID restrictions. I also had a C-section about 5 months ago. Can I get some advice on what to do next?
