I'm a bit concerned because my recent test results showed my SGPT level is 100 and my SGOT level is 47. What could this mean for my health? Are there specific dietary changes I should make to get my levels back to normal? Also, would it help if I started working out more regularly?

View allI'm dealing with a fissure and it's really uncomfortable. I'm hoping for some advice on how to heal it permanently. Could you suggest any treatments or steps I should take to get rid of this issue for good?
Fissures can be quite painful and bothersome. To help heal a fissure permanently, you can try using a topical ointment called Rectiv. Apply a pea-sized amount of Rectiv 0.4% ointment to the affected area twice daily for up to 4 weeks. Additionally, you can take stool softeners like Colace to prevent constipation and reduce straining during bowel movements. It is also important to increase your fiber intake and stay hydrated to promote regular bowel movements and prevent further irritation.

I'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?
Tab tusq for 3 days and continue the syrup

I've been really worried because I used to have this habit of eating slate pencils when I was a teenager, like from age 15 to 17. I gave it up for a while, but just recently, I found myself eating about two boxes this year. Lately, I've noticed that my bowel movements have been off, going to the toilet three times a day, and I'm wondering if eating those pencils back then or even now could be the cause. Does the slate pencil get expelled naturally, or is there something more serious going on? Should I be considering some kind of treatment or operation to get it out of my system? Who should I talk to for help with this? Any advice would be really appreciated!
it can be due to worms infestations and low calcium level so get your calcium kevels done and take albendazole 400 mg stat
