I'm a bit concerned because for the past few days, I've been experiencing a mild fever only in the evenings, along with a heavy feeling in my head and some mild leg pain. I also start feeling cold from evening till morning, but it's weird because there aren't any chills. Could this be related to a change in the weather, or is it something else I should be worried about? Would love to get your thoughts on this.

Your symptoms of mild evening fever, headache, leg pain, and feeling cold without chills could be due to various reasons, including viral infections like influenza or dengue, seasonal flu, or climate change-related allergies, but it's essential to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation,

My sister's been dealing with a dry cough for the last couple of days, and she's been taking Benadryl dry cough syrup, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Should we try something else, or do you think we should give the syrup more time to work? Is there anything else we can do to ease her discomfort?

Continue to take Benadryl, and consider starting a course of antibiotics if her cough is accompanied with fever. You may also try some antihistamines to help with any allergic component of her symptoms.

I'm really worried because my 2-year-old daughter has bronchopneumonia, and the doctor recommended Zifi CV 100 for her. Now, I've been coughing for 5 days and I think I might have caught the same thing. Do you think its safe for me to take Zifi CV 200, or should I be considering something else?

No you shouldn't take anything by yourself. Get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. He will examine you and then suggest you accordingly. Don't self medicate. This is how antibiotic resistance develops.
