I'm feeling really weak and lazy after recovering from typhoid. It's like I'm always tired and can barely keep my eyes open. I even get these mild headaches now and then. Is this normal after typhoid, or should I be worried? What can I do to feel better?

Following typhoid recovery, it's common to experience lingering weakness, fatigue, and laziness due to the body's depleted nutrient reserves and the lingering effects of the infection; to alleviate these symptoms, ensure adequate rest, hydration, and nutrition, including foods rich in iron, vitamins B12 and D, and protein

View allI'm really curious about how some patients recover from COVID-19 without using plasma from recovered patients. I read about Rohit Datta, a 45-year-old who was admitted to the isolation ward in Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi, tested positive on March 2nd, and was discharged by March 14th after just taking paracetamol and other medicines prescribed by doctors. Can you explain how he might have recovered? I'm wondering if there's something specific about his treatment that helped or if it's something about the virus itself. Would love to understand more about it.

I've been taking dolo 650 for the last couple of days because my fever isn't going below 100 degrees. Is it okay if I take two dolo 650 tablets at once, or should I be considering something else since it's been persistent for 2 days? I'm really just looking for some guidance on how to get better.
It's generally not recommended to take two Dolo 650 tablets at once, as it could lead to an overdose of paracetamol. If your fever persists, it's best to consult a doctor to determine the appropriate treatment or dosage for your situation. Make sure to stay hydrated and rest well!

I was cleaning my kitchen today and ended up cutting myself on some window glass. I've applied Dettol, but I'm worried about whether I should get a tetanus shot. Could you advise if it's necessary in this situation?
