I'm a bit confused about how to take the AKT4 medication. Should I have it before or after eating? Also, could you let me know the correct dosage?

View allI'm experiencing a mouth ulcer that's almost cured now after taking Becosules, but I'm still having a fever with no relief. Whenever I take paracetamol, I end up sweating. Can a mouth ulcer actually cause fever, or is there something else I should be worried about?

My mom's been running a high fever for the last couple of days. The doctor suggested she take doxcef cv, dolo 650, and meftal 500. She's been on these meds for a bit now, but her fever isnt dropping below 102. Can we give her meftal two hours after she takes dolo? Any advice would be appreciated.
It's generally safe to alternate Dolo 650 and Meftal 500 for fever management, but they should be spaced out by at least 4 hours, not 2 hours. Since her fever is persistent, it might be helpful to contact the doctor again for further evaluation. Keep her hydrated and monitor her temperature regularly.
