I'm a bit confused about the medication I was prescribed. Should I be taking the ifin 500 and hhlevo M before or after I eat? It's not clear on the label, and I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Would love some guidance on this.

I've been feeling really dizzy when I stand up or turn around, and my blood pressure is at 11374 when I'm sitting. I've got asthma, fibromyalgia, and issues with low iron. A few weeks ago, I had a massive ear infection that landed me in the hospital with a high temperature and asthma problems. Now I'm also dealing with a cold and my asthma's acting up. Is it possible that my asthma or iron issues could be making my blood pressure lower than usual, since it's typically around 12080?
Hello...the b.p of 11374 is fine...it is not low to cause giddiness. Your giddiness could be due to anaemia as you mentioned iron issues, you will know it getting a complete blood picture done. Another reason for giddiness could be secondary to your ear infection.

I've been dealing with a cold for the last three days and started feeling feverish the day before yesterday. I began taking Dolo 650, which helped a bit, but the feverish feeling returned in the evening. So, I also added Levo Citrizen and took both medications in the morning and at night. Yesterday, I ended up with a bad headache and took the same meds again last night. This morning, I feel a bit better, but I still have the cold, a light cough, and some feverish feelings. My temperature has been between 94 to 98F for the past three days. What do you suggest I do, and can you recommend any specific medications?
You can take Montek-LC for symptomatic relief, and Dolo 650mg for fever. You may be experiencing a viral infection. Drink plenty of fluids and take rest.
