I'm a bit confused about my CT score. During my COVID infection, my CT score was 425, and now, post-COVID, it's 725. The doctor mentioned it's normal but I'm not sure what this means. I finished home quarantine 45 days ago and tested negative twice. Should I be concerned about the CT score of 7, or is there anything specific I need to do?

It's not every time, but it happens often enough to be concerning. I've done various tests like echo, ECG, TMT, chest X-ray, and all sorts of blood tests, but everything comes back normal. Why could this be happening?
