I'm a bit confused about my CT score. During my COVID infection, my CT score was 425, and now, post-COVID, it's 725. The doctor mentioned it's normal but I'm not sure what this means. I finished home quarantine 45 days ago and tested negative twice. Should I be concerned about the CT score of 7, or is there anything specific I need to do?

I'm feeling worried because sometimes when I go for a walk, especially after I've covered about a kilometer, I start experiencing breathlessness.
