I'm a bit confused about a prescription I received. My doctor told me to use Flomist AQ nasal spray for my runny nose, but when I went to the pharmacy, they only had Flomist nasal spray. Is this the same thing, or should I be looking for something specific?

View allI've been dealing with Vertigo for about 2 years now, and it's really getting to me. Back in 2012, I had a bad accident but was told there were no major issues, just some muscle spasms. But then around June 2015, I started feeling off-balance when driving. I saw a cardiologist, and he said I have MVP but didnt think it was anything seriousjust gave me Starpress XL 25 mg. My blood tests all came back okay except my sugar was borderline, and my BP was fine too. An endocrinologist ruled out any sugar or BP issues. Finally, an ENT said it's Vertigo. My right ear often feels full and occasionally hurts. Things were okay for the last few months, but now, within the past 10 days, the imbalance is back. Im on Vertin 16 mg and Stematil MD, but what else can I do? This is super frustrating. Any ideas on how to handle this?

I've been struggling with this sore throat for about a month now, and it's really starting to worry me. I've been on clavam 625 and signoflam for three days, but honestly, I don't see much of a difference. Im also doing steam inhalations and gargling, but those only help for a little while. What do you think I should do next?
Ringing in the ear after earwax removal can be unsettling! *Possible Causes* 1. *Temporary irritation*: Earwax removal can cause temporary irritation, leading to ringing. 2. *Middle ear muscle spasm*: The procedure might have triggered a muscle spasm in the middle ear. 3. *Eustachian tube dysfunction*: The Eustachian tube connects the middle ear to the back of the throat. Dysfunction can cause ringing. *Remedies* 1. *Wait and observe*: As it's been only 1.5 months, the ringing might resolve on its own. 2. *Ear drops*: Use ear drops like hydrogen peroxide or earwax dissolvers to help soothe the ear. 3. *Relaxation techniques*: Stress can exacerbate tinnitus. Try relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga. *Medical Consultation* 1. *Follow-up with your ENT*: Schedule a follow-up appointment to reassess the situation. 2. *Tinnitus evaluation*: If the ringing persists, ask your ENT about tinnitus evaluation and management options. *Lifestyle Changes* 1. *Avoid loud noises*: Protect your hearing by avoiding loud environments. 2. *Manage stress*: Engage in stress-reducing activities to help cope with tinnitus.

I'm feeling really uncomfortable because I gargled too much with salt water about a week ago, and now my throat is all scratchy and looks white inside. I've taken some meds, but they havent helped at all. My lips are super dry, and I've even lost my sense of taste. I dont have any cough, cold, or fever, but this throat issue is making me feel really uneasy. When I look in the mirror, my throat looks all patchy and it even burns inside. I'm really concerned about this because I've never felt anything like it before. Any idea whats going on or what I should do?
It sounds like the excessive saltwater gargling might have irritated your throat, leading to dryness and discomfort. To help, try drinking plenty of water, avoid further saltwater gargles, and use a humidifier to keep the air moist. If the burning sensation and dryness persist, a throat soothing lozenge or mild throat spray may help. If symptoms continue, it would be wise to consult a doctor for further evaluation.
