I'm a bit confused about something in my recent medical results. My ECHO came back showing normal pulmonary arteries, but I've been told I might have mild PHT. How is it possible to have mild pulmonary hypertension if the echo indicates the arteries are fine? What should I make of this?

I just found out there are blockages in both arteries on the left and right sides of my heart. The doctor said they're about 6 to 8 months old. Should I be worried about how old these blockages are and what kind of treatment is usually recommended for this? I'm feeling a bit anxious about what this means for my health going forward.
As there are 2 vessels blocked you can be on conservative management and closely monitored if needed stenting might be done,follow your doctors advice

I'm trying to understand if a pulse pressure of 110 over 80 is considered normal for an adult, or if it's something I should be concerned about. Is that a low pulse pressure? And what steps can I take to maintain a healthy pulse pressure?
it is abnormal, high pulse pressure causes include aging, aortic regurgitation, pagets disease,hyperthyroidism, co arctation of aorta, etc ,, treatment includes diuretics and ACE inhibitors,.
