I'm a bit confused about the timing for the medicines my doctor prescribed. I've got Reheptin to take twice a dayshould I be taking it before dinner or after? Also, for Entroflora, which I'm supposed to have once in the morning, do I take it before or after breakfast? Would really appreciate some guidance.

I accidentally took Allegra 120mg once in the afternoon and then again at night. Should I be worried about that? Are there any serious side effects from taking it twice like this?
If you mistakenly take two doses of Allegra 120mg in a day, there may be an increased risk of side effects such as drowsiness, dry mouth, and headache. It is important to stick to the recommended dosage of one tablet (120mg) per day to avoid potential adverse effects. If you have taken two doses in a day, monitor yourself for any unusual symptoms and consider skipping the next dose to prevent further complications.

I recently cut my finger with a new razor blade, and while there wasnt any rust or soil on it, the wound did bleed. I put some Dettol on it, and now it's healed up, but I havent had a tetanus shot in over five years. Should I get the injection right away, or is it okay if I wait a bit?
