I'm in a bit of a pickleI need to take a break from work for about three weeks next month. The issue is, it's for exam prep, but I can't really tell my boss that. I'm kind of stuck because I need a medical certificate for this leave. Is there a legit way to get a medical certificate for this kind of situation? I'm feeling pretty stressed about it. Would love some advice!

Greenish stools can be normal in breastfed babies, but in formula-fed babies, it might indicate a change in gut bacteria or a reaction to the formula. Possible reasons for greenish stools include:
- Introduction of a new food or formula: This can alter the gut microbiome, leading to changes in stool color.
- Foremilk-hindmilk imbalance: If the baby is not getting enough hindmilk (rich in fat), it can cause greenish stools.
- Gastrointestinal infection: Although less common, a viral or bacterial infection can cause changes in stool color.
Changing Formula
Before switching formulas, consider consulting your pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues. They can help determine if a formula change is necessary.
If you do switch to Nan Pro, monitor your baby's stool color, consistency, and overall health. Some babies may take time to adjust to a new formula.

View allI've been eating raw rice since I was a kid, and now I find myself doing it about 23 times a day. I'm starting to worry if this habit is harmful to my body. Can you advise me on how to stop this?
Eating raw rice frequently can be harmful to your body as it may lead to digestive issues and nutrient deficiencies. Try to substitute raw rice with healthier snacks like fruits or nuts to gradually break the habit.

I'm dealing with social anxiety disorder and I'm curious about how using propranolol randomly might affect my health. If I take it for a few days and then take a break for a few days, could that be a problem?
"Hello, for social anxiety disorder, propranolol can be used on an as-needed basis before social situations to help with symptoms. It is generally safe to use daily or randomly as needed. The usual dosage for propranolol in this case is 10-40mg taken 30-60 minutes before a stressful event. It is important to consult with your doctor for the proper dosage and usage instructions based on your individual needs."
