I'm in a bit of a pickleI need to take a break from work for about three weeks next month. The issue is, it's for exam prep, but I can't really tell my boss that. I'm kind of stuck because I need a medical certificate for this leave. Is there a legit way to get a medical certificate for this kind of situation? I'm feeling pretty stressed about it. Would love some advice!

Greenish stools can be normal in breastfed babies, but in formula-fed babies, it might indicate a change in gut bacteria or a reaction to the formula. Possible reasons for greenish stools include:

  1. Introduction of a new food or formula: This can alter the gut microbiome, leading to changes in stool color.
  2. Foremilk-hindmilk imbalance: If the baby is not getting enough hindmilk (rich in fat), it can cause greenish stools.
  3. Gastrointestinal infection: Although less common, a viral or bacterial infection can cause changes in stool color.

Changing Formula

Before switching formulas, consider consulting your pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues. They can help determine if a formula change is necessary.

If you do switch to Nan Pro, monitor your baby's stool color, consistency, and overall health. Some babies may take time to adjust to a new formula.

I'm 29 and have been addicted to pornography and masturbation for 15 years, and I feel like it's really taking a toll on my body and mind. My short-term memory is suffering, and I often feel pain in my body. My energy levels are so low, and I just feel really exhausted all the time. On top of this, I also have schizophrenia, which makes everything even harder. I desperately want to get back to a healthier place and live a happy life. How can I start recovering from all this and take better care of myself?

I'm wondering, could you let me know how many sleeping pills would lead to a painless death? Are they actually effective for that or would they cause pain instead? I really need to know.

I've been dealing with an addiction to masturbation, and it's gotten to the point where I can't go a day without doing it, usually once or twice. No matter where I am, I get these strong urges at night and find it really hard to control myself. Even if I manage to stop for just one day, by the next, I'm itching to do it again. I'm really looking for advice on how I can overcome this habit. What steps can I take to break this cycle?

It's important to recognize that you're not alone in facing this challenge. I recommend finding healthy distractions, like engaging in hobbies, exercise, or relaxation techniques. If the urge is strong, try delaying it for a few minutes each time to gradually reduce dependency. If needed, seeking professional counseling can help address any underlying emotional or psychological factors.
