I'm 24 and currently being treated for lymph node TB. Recently, I've been having some trouble with chest pain on my left side for about 5 months now. I'm not sure if it's because of my TB medications or maybe it's just anxiety. There's also some shortness of breath I'm dealing with. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm really worried about having fluid in my lungs. How serious is this condition, and do I absolutely need surgery to treat it?
For diagnostic pleural tap minimum fluid is around 20-60ml is advised to the patient.
