I'm a bit unsure about what to do next after getting a chest X-ray. Can you guide me on which type of doctor would be the best to consult for evaluating the results?

View allI'm feeling a bit unsure about my diagnosis and the treatment I've been prescribed. I've been told I have ILD and IPF, specifically idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis Stage I, and my doctor has suggested taking Acetylcysteine 600 mg effervescent tablets for the IPF. Do you think this is the right approach? Could it really help with the phlegm I'm experiencing in my nose and throat? Just wanting to make sure I'm on the right track here.
yes it is sufficient. start steam inhalation along with it

I'm having trouble breathing sometimes, and it's really hard to inhale. I start feeling suffocated, and when I try to breathe through my mouth, I end up with a severe headache and feel dizzy. There are times when I even feel sort of partially paralyzed. What's going on with me?
take steam inhalation
