I'm a bit worried about having to go through the keyhole procedure to remove a stone that's 18 mm in my left kidney. Is there any other method that doesn't involve making a hole in my kidney? Any alternative treatments or less invasive options that you could suggest?

I've been having pain and irritation from a 3.9mm stone at the UV junction in my right kidney. Currently taking NERRI tab Uriliser and Dr Rakewag R18 medicines. Are these meds enough or do I need surgery to remove the stone?
All these medicines tablets will not work. Consult an urologist for further management
