I'm a bit worried about my recent sgpt level coming out to be 74, even though my liver ultrasound is normal. In the past, I was told that my sgpt and sgpt levels were really high due to antituberculosis medicine causing liver issues. My Att was stopped on March 1st, and back then my sgpt level was 215. Can you help me understand why my sgpt level is still climbing? I'm not a drinker, and my weight is 80 kg, height is 6 feet, and my blood pressure is 116 over 82.

View allI've been dealing with this pressure in my head for quite a while now, and it usually flares up a couple of hours after I eat, especially in the afternoon. I notice my stomach bloats during these times, and it feels somewhat better once I pass gas or have a bowel movement, but that head pressure is really what's bothering me. It's mostly on the right side of my head, although sometimes I feel it on the left too. Ive seen a bunch of doctors, like psychiatry and Gastro Endocrinologist specialists, but I dont have any issues with my stomach or stools. I just can't figure out what's causing this, and it's really stressing me out. Do you have any thoughts on what it could be or what I should do next?
Based on your symptoms, it sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of migraine headaches triggered by food intake and associated with gastrointestinal symptoms. I recommend trying a combination medication like Sumatriptan and Naproxen (brand name Suminat-NT) for relief of your migraine symptoms. The usual dosage is one tablet at the onset of symptoms, followed by another tablet if needed after 2 hours, not exceeding two tablets in 24 hours. Additionally, you may benefit from taking Simethicone (brand name Colicaid) to help with the bloating and gas symptoms. The usual dosage is 40mg to 180mg taken orally after meals and at bedtime as needed. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new medication regimen.

I've been dealing with this loose motion issue for the past couple of days, and it's getting really concerning. It's not really watery, but there's a lot of mucus in it, and Ive had to go about 45 times. Plus, there's this annoying pain in my stomach. What could be going on?

My mom's been having some pain in her upper abdomen for the past few days. It only seems to happen when we press around that area or if she does some unusual movements. I'm really worried about what's going on there. Could it be something serious or should we just wait it out?
Your mother may be experiencing some musculoskeletal pain in her upper abdomen. This type of pain can be due to muscle strain or inflammation. I recommend she take a pain reliever like acetaminophen (Tylenol) at a dose of 500mg every 6 hours as needed for pain. Additionally, applying a warm compress to the area and gentle stretching exercises may help alleviate the discomfort. If the pain persists or worsens, she should consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.
