I'm a bit worried about some stuff I've been experiencing. Sometimes when I talk loudly, I feel this pain in my chest. I usually masturbate maybe twice or thrice a month, often while watching porn or imagining naked women, and that always made my heart race. Recently, I've tried to stop watching but still experience the pain whenever I shout. Could there be a link between these things, or should I be concerned about the pain when speaking loudly?

I'm a bit concerned because I've been experiencing this clicking sound in my chest with every heartbeat, especially when lying down. It's actually loud enough that other people can hear it too. Could it be related to the small hole in my heart that's currently closing? I'm really not sure what's going on, and its got me kind of worried. What do you think this might be?

ecg and cardiac markers are advised to the pt.

I've been tracking my blood pressure for the past six months, and I've noticed my diastolic pressure is consistently between 95 to 106 and my systolic pressure is from 118 to 135. My pulse rate stays between 95 to 113. Occasionally, I feel this heaviness in my chest and get a bit short of breath. When my readings are high, I usually take half a tablet of nebistar h, and sometimes an anxit, but never at the same time. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I should do?

Your symptoms suggest that you may be experiencing hypertension and anxiety. Nebistar H is a combination medication containing Nebivolol and Hydrochlorothiazide, which helps in lowering blood pressure. I recommend taking one tablet of Nebistar H (Nebivolol 5mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg) once daily in the morning. For anxiety, Anxit tablet can be helpful. Anxit contains Alprazolam, which is used to manage anxiety disorders. You can take one tablet of Anxit (Alprazolam 0.25mg) as needed when you feel anxious. However, it is important to monitor your blood pressure regularly and follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with constant chest pain for the last two months, and I'm 32. Could this be a sign of a heart problem, or is it just gas? The pain isn't spreading to other areas, and I'm not sure what's going on. Any insights?

Based on your description of constant chest pain for the past 2 months with no pain in any other area, it is important to rule out any potential heart-related issues. I recommend you take an over-the-counter antacid like Tums (calcium carbonate) for immediate relief if it is related to gas. However, it is crucial to consult a doctor for further evaluation and consider taking a low dose of aspirin for heart health.
