I'm a bit worried about these extra tissues I've noticed around the anal area, kind of like external piles or warts. Is there any chance they could turn into cancer down the line? And if needed, is it possible to get them surgically removed?

View allI'm really worried and wondering if what I'm dealing with is a hemorrhoid. It started itching really badly after I had anal sex without using any lube, and as soon as we were done, I felt uncomfortable. I checked and saw something protruding, so I tried to push it back in, but that didn't seem to help. Now it feels bigger, it itches a lot more, and it's still protruding. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
That could be hemorrhoid, visit your general surgeon for evaluation and appropriate management, donot attempt to scratch it or push it back inside.

I've had both internal and external piles for three days now, and there's this sticky, transparent mucus discharging from them. The lump isn't getting any smaller; it's still hard and just sits outside my anus, causing some mild pain and itchiness. Do you think it's time to consider surgery? Also, is there any way to stop the mucus discharge?
There may be an infection in the perianal region. It is best to follow up with your surgeon and get operated as soon as possible before further complications arise.

my husband keeps getting a perianal abscess every 23 days that bursts on its own and keeps coming back for the past 2 months. he doesn't have much pain but the doctor said it's a chronic fissure. he's really scared of surgery and the doctor hasn't suggested it yet what could be causing this to keep happening and are there other treatment options besides surgery
kindly share report
