I'm a bit worried because I got the Covaxin shot yesterday morning, and later in the evening, I ended up cutting myself on an iron door. Is it okay if I take the tetanus shot today or tomorrow? I'm concerned if getting the tetanus shot so soon might affect the efficacy of my Covid vaccine. What should I do?

I'm really confused about my situationI've been feeling weak for the past two weeks. When I went to the doctor, they said it's likely a viral infection. The doc suggested a blood and urine test; everything came out normal except my S Typhi O levels, which are 1160 positive. Does this mean I have typhoid? I'm not running a fever, though, my temperature is just around 97. Could this still be typhoid even without a fever?

I'm dealing with a runny nose and got Montair LC tablets for it, but now I've caught a fever. Is it alright to take Dolo 650 or another paracetamol along with it? Just want to make sure I'm not mixing meds wrong.
