I'm a bit worried because I had an encounter with a monkey today, and it chased after me. When I got home, I noticed a small cut, but I'm not sure if the monkey actually touched or scratched me. Should I be concerned about any potential health risks from this?

I'm really worried about my health situation and hope you can help me out. Back in June 2015, I had protected sex with a sex worker. Over the past year, I've done several HIV tests, including the tri-dot and an ICTC test, and all of them came back negative, even the one-year mark test. But I'm anxious because I've read online about a connection between HIV and filariasis. Lately, I've had jaundice and a swollen testicle, and I'm currently on medications like dec 100 mg. So now, I'm really confused and would like to know: how accurate is the tri-dot test, and could all these symptoms be related in any way? Am I really in the clear or should I be worried?

I'm really worried about my mother. She's had this swelling on her neck for about four months now, and while it doesn't hurt or irritate her, it's gotten bigger. We've done a bunch of tests, including something called an FNAC, and found out it's a gland from TB. Shes been on TB treatment for three months, but she's started feeling pain because now there's pus in that node. The doctor has already removed the pus twice this month, but the swelling doesn't seem to be getting any better, and now she has a fever that goes up to between 100 and 101 in the evening. Plus, she's lost her appetite and only manages to eat 1 or 2 chapatis per meal. I'm starting to wonder if she might need surgery to get rid of the pus completely. If that's the case, what kind of procedure would it involve?

I'm currently on ATT treatment DOT and have had my lymph node aspirated twice. The culture and DSTMTB indicated sensitivity to all first and second-line drugs. However, the lymph node swells up again after the pus is taken out. Is this normal? I've attached a screenshot for reference. I'm taking my medication under DOT, and I have a history of TBM. For the past year and three months, I've been under treatment, and just last month, I noticed the TB lymph node. Could you provide some advice or insight into this?
