I'm a bit worried because it's been 14 days since I tested positive for COVID, and while I haven't had severe symptoms, I've started feeling a little weak since this morning. Does this mean I'm out of the woods, or is there still a chance my condition could worsen from mild to critical after this period of isolation?

I'm dealing with a really annoying dry cough and a blocked nose that's making it impossible to sleep at night. I went to see a doctor, and they gave me some medicines like Doxin to take twice a day, along with some other tablets, but it feels like things are only getting worse. I'm not sure if the meds are supposed to work this way or if I should be worried. Could something else be going on?
augmentin 625mg for 5 days and tab tusq for 3 days

I've been having fever on and off for the past few weeks. Initially, I was diagnosed with typhoid on May 11th and started a 10-day course of antibiotics, which seemed to work at first. But just a week after finishing the medication, the fever returned, and I tried some home remedies, which only temporarily controlled it. Now, my fever is back at 100F, and I'm feeling quite down about it. Can you please advise on what steps I should take next?
use medicine
