I'm a bit worried because I've been experiencing some pain between my left ear and lower jaw, and sometimes it seems to travel up to my brain. Just today, I noticed a small lump at the back of my throat. Could this be oral cancer? I've been using cool lip tobacco for about 3.5 years now. Would really appreciate your thoughts.

I have a deviated nasal septum and enlarged turbinates along with chronic sinusitis and I've been having constant face pain, headaches, and even eye and joint pain. My ENT recommended surgery but said it might not fix the headaches. Should I still consider the surgery or are there other options I can try first?
septoplasty for DNS is advised to the patient if conservative treatment is ineffective.

I've been diagnosed with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia for the past couple of months. I'm really concerned and wondering if it's something that can be cured on its own, or if surgery might be necessary. Could you provide some insights on this?
Surgery (usually in the form of a biopsy or excision) may be considered if: The swelling persists for a long time without improvement or becomes very large. The doctor suspects there might be another cause (like lymphoma or another serious condition). The lymph nodes are causing other physical symptoms (such as difficulty swallowing, breathing, or other issues due to the pressure they cause).
