I'm 27 years old, weigh 72kg, and my height is 174cm. Lately, I've been sneezing a lot in the mornings, probably because of the cold weather. I've also been feeling some heaviness in my head. When I blow my nose by pinching it shut, I hear this ticking sound near my nose. It even happens when I'm just doing normal activities. Does this sound like a sinus infection to you?
