I'm a bit worried because I've got this painful lump on the left side of my anus. There's no redness or anything visible on the skin, but it's definitely there and it's been about a week now. It hurts when I sit, walk, or touch it. I'm not sure who to see about thisshould I consult a gynecologist, a physician, or maybe a gastric specialist? What do you think?

You may be experiencing a perianal abscess. I recommend you to see a physician for further evaluation and treatment. You may be prescribed antibiotics such as Augmentin 625mg to help with the infection. In some cases, surgical drainage may be necessary to treat the abscess effectively. It is important to seek medical attention promptly to prevent any complications.

I'm a couple of days post-operation for piles and now I'm dealing with a fever, along with some cold symptoms and body pain. Is this something that just happens sometimes, or should I be worried that it's more serious?

Bathing after eating fruits like mango and banana is generally safe. No specific gap is required, but consider: 1. _Digestion time_: Wait at least 30-60 minutes after eating to allow for digestion. 2. _Blood sugar levels_: Fruits like mango and banana can cause a temporary spike in blood sugar. Bathing shortly after may lead to: - Dizziness - Lightheadedness - Shivering To be cautious: 1. Wait 1-2 hours after eating fruits before bathing. 2. Take a warm shower instead of a cold bath to avoid shocking your system. No serious health issues will arise from bathing after eating fruits. However, being mindful of digestion time and blood sugar levels can ensure a comfortable bathing experience.
