I'm a bit worried because my B12 level is 50, suggesting a deficiency, but all my CBC measurements are in the normal range. Should I be concerned about anything specific? Also, since it seems like I've had this B12 deficiency for years, what kind of effects might this have had on my body?

View allI'm really feeling worried because I've been experiencing dizziness that almost led to unconsciousness. So, I did some blood tests like Hb1, TSH, and CBC. Hb1 and TSH results are normal, but my CBC shows an absolute eosinophil count of 854, and I've read it should be within the 20-500 range. Also, my neutrophils are at 30, lymphocytes at 50, and eosinophils at 14. I'm not sure what this all means though, and I'm wondering who would be the best specialist to consult about these results?

I've got my blood test results and I'm not sure what to make of them. My TLC is at 11.4 thousand per mm cube and eosinophils are at 8 percent. Should I be worried about these numbers? What should I do next?

I'm a bit worried about my recent blood test results. My MPV came back as 11.8 H. What's the average MPV for a person? Is having an 11.8 H dangerous, and should I be concerned that it might be a sign of something serious, like cancer? I've attached my report for you to take a look.
