I'm curious about something that's been happening to me. Whenever I step into a really hot car, I start getting goosebumps. It's a bit odd because I don't usually experience goosebumps in warm weather. Is this something I should be worried about, and why does it happen specifically in hot cars?

I was wondering what the difference is between scalp psoriasis and dandruff. I'm a bit worried because I'm dealing with some issues on my scalp and can't tell if it's just dandruff or something more like psoriasis. I've attached a few images hoping you could help me figure it out. Could you take a look and let me know your thoughts?

Scalp psoriasis is a skin condition characterized by red, scaly patches on the scalp, while dandruff is a common condition marked by flaking of the scalp skin. To treat scalp psoriasis, you can use medicated shampoos containing coal tar, salicylic acid, or ketoconazole. In addition, topical corticosteroids or calcipotriene can be applied to the affected areas.

I seem to be losing more hair every year. Usually, I shed about 50 to 70 hairs a day, which I know is normal, but the hair I lose has this little black bulb at the end. Is this something I should be worried about? Will new hair grow back? I'm aware of the hair cycle, so I'm looking for a straightforward answer beyond that.

I've been dealing with dandruff, hair fall, and a flaky scalp, and after seeing the doctor today, he prescribed KEVON ZIP lotion. Now I'm confused because he told me to apply it two hours before washing my hair, but when I got home and read the directions, it says to use it on wet hair for only 3 minutes. So, which method is actually correct? He also recommended Fidelia Shampoo and BTN ultra tablets for a 30-day course. Just wondering if this treatment plan sounds right to you, or if I should consider any other options?

-Its best to follow your doctors advice and apply KEVON ZIP lotion 2 hours before your head bath. For the shampoo, use Fidelia as directed, and take the BTN Ultra tablets for 30 days. Always follow the prescribed instructions for optimal results.
