I'm chewing about four packets of pan masala every day, and I've recently started feeling a pain in my throat. I'm a bit worriedcould this be cancer or is it just my tonsils acting up?

View allI've been dealing with this heavy feeling in my left eye and the area around it for the past six months and they're often teary. I already saw an eye specialist but they said everything's fine with my eye. Then I went to an ENT and found out it's sinusitis. I'm really curious, can sinusitis really affect eyes like this? And what can I do to cope with it?
Yes, sinusitis can affect the eyes, causing symptoms like heaviness, teary eyes, and pressure around the eyes due to inflammation in the sinus cavities. To cope, treatment may include decongestants, nasal sprays, steam inhalation, and possibly antibiotics if an infection is present. Consult your ENT specialist for further management.

I'm dealing with a recurring ulcer that always seems to pop up in the same spot, and it's getting pretty big. At the same time, the lymph node on that side swells up too, and this has happened more than a couple of times over the past six months. I'm really worried it might be mouth cancer. How can I find out what's going on? What do you think?
it could be GERD - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - AvoidStop smoking and drinking if you have the habit - Reduce stress through methods such as yogameditation. - Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment.

I've been dealing with a sore throat for the past two days. I tried taking Monteklc, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. Do you have any idea why it might not be working and what else I could try for relief?
Since Montek-LC (a combination of levocetirizine and montelukast) is primarily an antihistamine and anti-asthmatic medication, its effectiveness for throat pain may be limited; consider consulting a doctor for further evaluation and alternative treatments, such as antibiotics if bacterial infection is suspected, or pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help alleviate throat pain.
