I'm concerned about these tablets my sister is taking every day. She's 25 and I'm not sure what they're for. I've included a photo of the ingredients, but I'm feeling a bit worried. Could you help me understand what they might be used for?

I'm a bit worried about my hair situation, specifically on the top and crown area. I've attached a picture for reference. Will using Minoxidil 5% help with this, and also, can it bring back my receding hairline? I'm really looking for some advice here.
An increase in resting heart rate from 60 BPM to 88 BPM without any significant changes in medication, exercise, or diet may indicate an underlying issue. It is recommended to monitor your heart rate regularly and consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation. In some cases, medications such as beta-blockers like Metoprolol may be prescribed to help lower the heart rate. The usual dosage for Metoprolol for heart rate control is 25-100 mg once or twice daily, as prescribed by your doctor.

Is RF ablation the only way to get rid of these, or do you have any advice on what else I might try?
