Im considering getting a cysteine treatment for my hair, and Im curious to know if its actually effective for hair fall. Ive also been dealing with a dry scalp. Would this treatment help with that too? Any advice would be appreciated!

Cysteine treatment can be beneficial for hair fall and dry scalp. Here's how:
Hair Fall:
- Strengthens hair roots: Cysteine helps to fortify hair roots, reducing the likelihood of hair fall.
- Improves hair texture: Cysteine treatment can enhance hair elasticity, making it less prone to breakage.
- Reduces split ends: By repairing and restoring hair bonds, cysteine treatment can minimize split ends, which can contribute to hair fall.
Dry Scalp:
- Moisturizes the scalp: Cysteine treatment can help hydrate the scalp, reducing dryness and itchiness.
- Reduces dandruff: The antifungal and antibacterial properties of cysteine can help control dandruff and other scalp issues.
- Soothes irritation: Cysteine's anti-inflammatory properties can calm irritated scalp areas, reducing redness and discomfort.
Before undergoing cysteine treatment, consider the following:
- Consult a professional: Book an appointment with a dermatologist or trichologist to discuss your hair and scalp concerns.

I've been dealing with Melasma for about 45 years now, and it's really noticeable because of my fair skin. There are these dark patches on my cheekbones. I tried cosmo peel and laser treatments about two years ago, but they didn't help at all. A dermatologist suggested I use Triluma cream twice a week, so I've been trying it out for the past two weeks. My skin's started flaking and feels really dry, and whenever I put on my Neutrogena Ultra Sheer sunscreen, I get this burning, tingling sensation. Is this normal?

I've got a question about how I'm using my hair lotions. I put one on during the day after shampooing, and then I use a different one at night when I'm going to bed. Do I need to wash my hair again before putting on the night lotion, or can I just apply it straight away?
It is not necessary to wash your hair again before applying the second lotion at night. You can apply the second hair lotion without washing your hair again.
