I'm dealing with alopecia areata and I'm quite worried. I spoke to my doctor and was advised to use Folica hair tincture. It's been more than three weeks now, but I've noticed no improvementmy hair loss patch is actually getting bigger. What should I do?

View allI'm getting these red, mosquito-bite-like spots that itch a lot, and every day a new one seems to pop up. After a couple of days, they turn into dark spots. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been dealing with a skin allergy and I'm a bit concerned since I donated blood back in January. I'm also noticing that my cholesterol levels are slightly high. Should I be worried about how these could be related or affect my health?
skin allergy is not due to blood donation

I've been using MELALUMIN cream for over two months now to deal with pigmentation on my face, particularly around my nose on both sides. At first, it seemed to work well in the first month, but now I don't see any improvements. Could my skin have become resistant to the ingredients? Can you suggest a better alternative for dealing with this pigmentation issue?
An alternative cream that you can try for pigmentation is Hydroquinone in combination with Tretinoin cream and corticosteroid cream. You can apply a thin layer of this combination cream once daily at night. Make sure to use a sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further pigmentation.
