I'm a COPD patient and I've been dealing with it for about 5 years now. I'm really interested in taking a vocal music class and I'm wondering if singing is off-limits for someone with COPD. Could I still join the class or would that be risky?

View allI've been having some trouble lately and really need some advice. I'm 32 and have asthma, so I regularly use an inhaler. For the past few days, I've had a bad cough and cold. It feels like there's phlegm stuck in my chest, but no matter how much I cough, it won't come out. I tried taking Azithromycin, but it didn't help. Can you suggest any medicines that might work better? Also, I've been getting these sudden pains in my neck. I'm currently on pregabalin, nortriptyline, and myospas for it. Any ideas on what's going on or how I can feel better?
take tab mucinac for 3 days

I'm experiencing shortness of breath even though my chest X-ray and ECG came back normal. Could anxiety be causing this, or should I be worried about something else? What might be the issue?

My mom struggles with coughing a few times a year, and the doctor said it might be asthma or allergic bronchitis. I'm trying to understand this better. What could be causing these symptoms to flare up and how can we help manage them effectively? Are there specific things we should look out for or avoid to keep her comfortable?
if she is allergic to something, then it might be allergic rhinitis
