I'm curious about the effects of daily masturbation. Is it harmful in any way, and could it lead to any issues now or later on? Would appreciate some advice.

You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

I can't pull back my foreskin when I'm erect it hurts if I try to force it, but when it starts going back to flaccid, I can retract it easily since it doesn't feel tight then. Is there any way to fix this without needing surgery?

It sounds like you might have phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is too tight and can't be easily retracted. While surgery (circumcision) is an option, there are non-surgical treatments that can help

I'm 24 and really concerned about my penis size, as it seems unusually small. When it's not erect, it's less than 2 inches. I'm wondering if there's a way to increase its size? Also, could you tell me what's considered a normal size for a penis both in an erect and non-erect state? I'd really appreciate some guidance.

The average size of a flaccid penis is typically around 3.5 inches to 3.9 inches, while the average size of an erect penis is around 5.1 to 5.7 inches. It's important to note that penis size can vary and is not necessarily an indicator of sexual function or satisfaction. There are some medications available that may help with erectile dysfunction and potentially improve blood flow to the penis, leading to firmer erections.

I'm a 22-year-old guy and I'm having a bit of a situation. My foreskin doesn't seem to retract on its own when I'm erect, and I can't really pull it back manually either because it's too tight. I can pull it back fine when I'm not erect though. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

It sounds like you have phimosis, which is a common condition where the foreskin is too tight to retract fully during an erection. Regular gentle stretching exercises with a steroid cream prescribed by a doctor can help, but if it persists, consult a urologist to discuss further options like a minor surgical procedure (circumcision or preputioplasty).
