I'm curious about the effects of water fastingI recently did it for 5 days without eating, just drinking water, and lost about 2 kg. I'm worried about whether I'll gain the weight back after I stop fasting. Also, I'm wondering if water fasting has any negative impact on my body or if there are any side effects I should be aware of. Can you shed some light on this?

I've been struggling with this issue and really want to avoid surgery if possible. Can you suggest some food or diet tips that might help? I'm looking for natural ways to manage it and would appreciate any advice.
To manage this issue naturally, you can try incorporating anti-inflammatory foods, like turmeric, ginger, and omega-3-rich foods. Also, managing stress through yoga or meditation could help reduce flare-ups.

I had sinus surgery about 4 years ago, but for the past few months, every time I catch a cold and cough, I also get fever. I'm worried I might need surgery again. Would seeing a nutritionist help with a better diet plan to boost my immunity and prevent frequent colds and coughs?
