I'm currently weighing 78 kg and I'm 168 cm tall. I'm really trying to lose some weight and I've already cut out all junk food, fats, and sugar from my diet. What else can I do to effectively lose weight? Should I be worried about anything, given my current weight and height?

View allI'm really curious about amla juice and its benefits. I've heard it's good for you, but I'm not exactly sure why. Also, is there a particular time of day I should be having it to get the most out of its health benefits? How often should I be drinking it?
Drinking amla juice offers numerous benefits, including boosting immunity, enhancing digestion, reducing inflammation, improving skin and hair health, and supporting liver and kidney function; to maximize benefits, drink 20-30 ml of amla juice: on an empty stomach in the morning to kickstart digestion and immunity; or 30 minutes before meals to enhance nutrient absorption; and consider drinking it 1-2 times a day, ideally with a gap of 6-8 hours

I'm trying to lose weight but I'm not sure how to do it safely without exercise because of my torn ACL. I weigh 85 kg and my height is 175 cm my goal is to get down to 70 kg in 5 months, aiming for 3 kg per month. Since I can't work out due to my knee injury and upcoming surgery in May 2017, can I rely just on dieting to lose the weight? Are there any allopathy treatments that could help with weight loss?
ACL repair and reconstruction .ortho opinion is advised.

I'm a medium-sized girl but have a lot of stubborn fat around my stomach that makes me really uncomfortable. Is there any way to reduce this without surgery? I'd love to know what options might work for me.
Get active. Strength training exercises are recommended at least twice a week. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you might need to exercise more. There is some evidence that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can help reduce belly fat, as can strength training
