I'm really curious about amla juice and its benefits. I've heard it's good for you, but I'm not exactly sure why. Also, is there a particular time of day I should be having it to get the most out of its health benefits? How often should I be drinking it?

Drinking amla juice offers numerous benefits, including boosting immunity, enhancing digestion, reducing inflammation, improving skin and hair health, and supporting liver and kidney function; to maximize benefits, drink 20-30 ml of amla juice: on an empty stomach in the morning to kickstart digestion and immunity; or 30 minutes before meals to enhance nutrient absorption; and consider drinking it 1-2 times a day, ideally with a gap of 6-8 hours

To manage this issue naturally, you can try incorporating anti-inflammatory foods, like turmeric, ginger, and omega-3-rich foods. Also, managing stress through yoga or meditation could help reduce flare-ups.

I'm a medium-sized girl but have a lot of stubborn fat around my stomach that makes me really uncomfortable. Is there any way to reduce this without surgery? I'd love to know what options might work for me.

Get active. Strength training exercises are recommended at least twice a week. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you might need to exercise more. There is some evidence that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can help reduce belly fat, as can strength training
