I'm curious about ELIXIR NEOGADINERB syrup. Can it actually help boost my appetite? I've been having trouble eating enough lately and I'm wondering if there's anything else you might recommend to help increase my appetite.

Elixir Neogadine-RB syrup is often used to improve appetite and aid digestion. It contains a combination of ingredients that help stimulate hunger. For lack of appetite, you can try this syrup or consult your doctor for other appetite-enhancing options like vitamin B12 or zinc supplements.

I've been dealing with this gastritis issue and taking Pan D twice a day along with Sucrafil as prescribed. It's been about a week now, but ever since I've started this medication, my heart randomly starts beating really fast at times. I did an ECG and an echocardiogram and they both came back normal. I never experienced this before getting gastritis, so I'm wondering if this is linked to the acidity or the meds I'm taking. Any idea what might be causing this?

I'm really worried about my health and could use some advice. I've been dealing with Spleenomegaly and Portal Vein Hypertension for the past four years, and on top of that, I've got esophagus varices. I recently had EVL banding done twice, but honestly, I haven't noticed any improvement. I'm just not active at all, and it's really bothering me. Can you help me understand the root cause of all this and what might be a permanent solution?

refer to gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done
