I'm curious about how long I can safely use Furamist AZ spray. I don't use it every day, just occasionally when I get those annoying allergy sneezes. Is there a limit to how often I should be using it?

You can use it as SOS no problem.

View allI'm a 27-year-old male nurse working in the surgery OT and I've been smoking cigarettes for the last 8 years. For the past 4 months, I've had granular pharyngitis and even after taking all the prescribed meds, it hasn't gone away. Now for the last month, I've been experiencing chest tightness could this be related to my throat issue or the smoking? What should I do next?

My uvula is looking really red and I can see a lot of veins on it. There's also a small sore on the side. I don't have a fever, but it feels really dry and uncomfortable in the mornings. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it?

I'm having a tough time dealing with this really dry mouth and throat, but it only seems to happen at night. I'm actually feeling super tired but can't sleep because of my anxiety over it. Could having a dry mouth be something serious or dangerous? And who should I reach out to for help with this? It's already 5:30 in the morning and I haven't slept at all, plus my tongue looks all white.
