I'm curious about how long I can safely use Furamist AZ spray. I don't use it every day, just occasionally when I get those annoying allergy sneezes. Is there a limit to how often I should be using it?

I've been having some trouble with my nostrils. One of them is always blocked while the other one opens up, and then it sometimes switches.
