I'm curious about something that's been happening to me. When I use my oximeter, my SpO2 starts at 99 for about 10-15 seconds, but then it drops to 90 or even 88. I don't have any symptoms like breathing issues, my heart rate is around 68, and I'm not taking any medication right now. What could be causing my SpO2 to drop like that?

I'm a 20-year-old guy and I've been dealing with this phlegm or mucus issue in my lungs. Its been more than a month now, and whenever I cough to spit it out, it just keeps coming back. I'm really confused about my chest x-ray results. It says BVM, but I'm not sure if that means bivascular markings or bronchovascular markings, or if they're actually the same thing. I had the x-ray because I was checking for swollen lymph nodes. What exactly does BVM mean in this context? Should I be worried?

Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma,bronchopneumonia,cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension.
