I'm curious about using Tretin 0.025 cream. Will it help to open up my pores and reduce acne and blemishes? I'm really hoping it can improve my skin. Can you tell me more about how it works?

I've been dealing with a fungal issue from a couple of years ago that cleared up with treatment. Now, the skin on my inner thigh is darkened, and when I rub it, black dirt seems to come off. I'm also a bit overweight. Is this discoloration a leftover from the infection, or is it possibly from my weight? What can I do to lighten the skin again?

The dark skin in the inner thigh area is likely due to a condition called acanthosis nigricans, which is often associated with obesity. To help improve the dark skin in the inner thigh area, you can try the following: 1. Maintain a healthy weight through diet and exercise. 2. Keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation. 3. Use a medicated cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid to lighten the dark skin. Apply it as directed by your doctor. 4. Consider using an exfoliating scrub to help remove dead skin cells and lighten the area. 5. Consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment options, such as laser therapy or chemical peels, if needed. Remember to continue practicing good hygiene and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to prevent further skin issues.

I've been struggling with really bad tanning on my forehead for a while now. I've tried a bunch of things like kojic acid creams, Sabiglow, and I've even had a yellow peel done. I've also been taking Pinodin G for a couple of months. Right now, I'm using Tazret cream as recommended by my dermatologist, but honestly, I haven't noticed any difference. I work from home, so I'm not out in the sun much, but I still apply a light sunscreen. Can you suggest any effective anti-tanning creams, scrubs, or face packs? I'm really looking for something that works.

That could be a condition called Acanthosis where hyperpigmentation is the symptom,if your over wt wt loss would help for this condition, visit your dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm taking Keraboost tablets every morning. Is it okay if I start taking two tablets instead of one?

no one tablet in a day is enough ,if you consume morethan one it comes with complications like constipation, abdominal discomfort etc., consume balanced diet with extra protien which helps for growth of healthy hair.
