I'm curious about what health tonic would be best for someone over 50 dealing with issues like digestion, tiredness, or high blood pressure. Are there any medicines or remedies that help support body organs as we age?

If u are having good diet and have a walk daily you may not need medicine except there is deficiency. Check with Vit B12 & DE. And if deficient then take medicine for it

View allI'm looking for some advice on treating bed sores, especially around the tailbone area. My loved one is unable to walk or stand, making it harder to care for her. Can you recommend any sprays that might help?
I recommend using a spray called "Prontosan Wound Irrigation Solution." This spray helps to cleanse the wound and promote healing. In addition to using the spray, it is important to keep the area clean and dry. Change the bedding frequently and use a special cushion or mattress to relieve pressure on the tail bone. Make sure to reposition the patient regularly to prevent further pressure on the affected area. If the bed sore is severe, it is important to seek medical attention for further evaluation and treatment.

At what age does your immune system weaken?
One's immune system is said to grow weak by passing age. Although there's no one number which applies for all, most research showed that commonly by 65 years our immune system may decline allowing for more infections and diseases to take hold.

Is it okay for a 66-year-old woman who has diabetes, is on insulin, has chest issues, uses inhalers, and takes depression medication to get the flu and pneumonia vaccines? I'm hoping to understand more from this perspective.
