I'm curious if using dye on my beard over the past year might be causing more white hairs. My friend is facing a similar issue, and we're both wondering if the dye could be contributing to it. Can you shed some light on this?

View allI'm not overweight and I do exercises regularly, but I've got Acanthosis nigricans on my neck and some other parts of my body. It's really frustrating and I'm starting to feel a bit depressed about it. I feel like I'm perfectly fit, so I'm just confused why I'm dealing with this. Is there any way to get my normal skin back?
Acanthosis nigricans can sometimes occur in individuals who are not overweight and lead an active lifestyle. To help improve the appearance of Acanthosis nigricans, you can try using a topical cream containing 20% urea or 12% ammonium lactate. These creams can help exfoliate the affected areas and improve the skin texture. Additionally, maintaining a healthy diet and keeping your skin well moisturized can also help in reducing the appearance of Acanthosis nigricans.

I'm noticing these black spots appearing on my leg and they're a bit itchy. It's kind of weird because this just started happening out of nowhere, and I've never dealt with anything like this before. They seem to be spreading slowly, but it's strange that they're only showing up on my leg. Any idea what's going on?

I've been dealing with acne pimples on my face that are painful and leaving lots of dark spots. I'm also currently taking Triple A Cal Forte, Subneuro B6, and Mashyne 60k caps for my shoulder dislocation surgery. Could these medications be affecting my skin? What can I do to manage the acne and dark spots while on these meds?
