I've had this sore for about three months now and it's not healing. It started as just a pimple between my butt cheeks, close to the anus, and now it won't dry up. Every time I take a bath or go to the bathroom, it just seems to stay unhealed. I've tried using a band-aid, but it's hard to apply in that area, and I've been putting neosporin gel and powder on it, but it hasn't improved.
