I'm currently COVID positive and I'm wondering if it's okay for me to wash my hair. It's gotten really oily since I haven't been able to wash it. Is there any issue with washing my hair while dealing with COVID?

I'm dealing with acute pharyngitis and my doctor has me on Augpen three times a day, LCZ Plus twice, and Betadine gargles. But since starting these, I've been feeling super lethargic and drowsy. Is there something else I can take or do to help with this drowsiness?

Can dexamethasone 0.5mg really help stop and cure COVID? I've been hearing from some experts and news channels that it might work. Im curious about how it works and what it's normally used for? Plus, its so cheap, only 40 rupees for 30 tablets. Could it really be an effective treatment?
