I'm currently dealing with active tuberculosis and I'm on a treatment plan taking Combutol 800 in the morning and an Ambystryn injection in the evening. I'm a bit worried and wondering if this is the correct treatment for my condition. Could you share your thoughts or advice on this?

I'm really worried about my condition. I got a chest X-ray and have been dealing with a 98.8-degree fever in the evenings along with an irritated throat and mucus. The Mantoux test came back positive at 1012 mm, but the AFB test was negative. My doctor at the government hospital started me on tuberculosis treatment two months ago. Since then, I've gained about 3 kg. Is this normal? Should I be concerned about anything else?

Is it more common to do chest breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, or is there another method I should know about? I'm a bit confused and would love some guidance.
